For Aspiring / New Agents

[ 02 / IN THEIR WORDS ]

“I’ve seen her growing up as a new agent all the way to her top producers, until today and top leader with the team — very happy for her progress. One thing I see about Kelly, she’s really very hardworking, very willing to work for her people and to sacrifice for her people. I can see she really loves her people. I think for anyone who is looking to join the real estate industry, Kelly is definitely one person that you should join.”

Kevin Lim · Chief Agency Director, ERA Singapore, 2019

[ 03 / MONTH ONE ]

Blueprint:
Ground Zero.

Days 0–90. This is the tier of the KYD Blueprint built specifically to answer “how do I survive without a paycheck.”

01
Script Blueprint
A fixed library of scripts for your first calls and your first meetings. You are not improvising from zero on day one — you are running language that already works.
02
Objection Blueprint
Paired directly with the scripts, so your week-one conversations are already scaffolded for the objections you will actually hear — not the ones you fear.
03
The Tagging System
Every Ground Zero joiner is tagged onto a named senior agent’s live deal for real commission exposure in month one. This is the mechanism that bridges the income gap — you don’t wait months for your first paycheck while you build a client base from nothing.
EXIT GATE

Two tagged deals closed, or 5 self-sourced appointments booked — whichever comes first.

This is a skill gate, not a calendar gate. You graduate Ground Zero by doing, not by waiting out the clock.

Ground Zero is tier one of three. See the full KYD Blueprint →

[ 05 / RES LICENSING FAQ ]

Before you sit
the RES exam.

You need to be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, at least 21 years old, and hold a minimum of 4 GCE ‘O’ Level passes (or an equivalent qualification recognised by CEA).

Taking the RES course, sitting the exam, and completing CEA registration typically spans a few months in total, depending on your course schedule and study pace. CEA approval itself, once you’ve submitted your registration, generally takes around 4–6 weeks — treat that as a general timeline rather than a guaranteed date.

No. I started with zero clients myself in 2009. That’s exactly what the Tagging System in Blueprint: Ground Zero exists for — it gets you tagged onto a senior agent’s live deal for real commission exposure in month one, while you’re still building your own pipeline from scratch.

You register with an agency — this is the point where the KYD Blueprint’s Ground Zero tier begins for you: scripts, objection handling, and tagging onto live deals, all inside your first 90 days. See the Ground Zero section above for exactly how that works.
